3-31-23 I have ordered delivery, pick-up and drive-thru. Although heavy, the food is tasty. This is a good location, decent price point with good portions. The thin crust pizza is delicious!! I do not recommend online ordering with this establishment. Call in the order over the phone to be clear what you want. I do recommend this location.
Purchased a medium meat lovers pizza for 20$ on a Saturday afternoon, the entryway was dirty with leaves that lead but we were able to quickly order, and learned there is a 3 percent extra on credit. The meat lovers pizza lived up to it's name, as the meat was plentiful, and the crust was crispy, cheese was stretchy, overall a good pizza experience. Place was pretty empty which was weird, and some fountain drinks are out of order, and a little watery. It was a tasty and if I would order here again.
Got a medium cheese pizza. Was good. Order cinna sticks and they’re terrible. They made it like a flatbread pizza with a very small amount of butter and cinna on it. I had to whip up my own stuff at home just to make the dough tastable. Won’t be ordering that again.
Y'all gotta change that oil, the food was ok, waffle fries were very over cooked (burnt)and gave me the crumbs from the end of the bag, oil was old within the taste of the food. Idk what's going on but y'all gotta do better
Ordered take out. 3 sandwiches and some wings. The cheesesteaks were ok, but we got all chicken cheesesteaks instead of 2 regular and the 1 chicken we ordered. That wasn’t so bad, but the wings were awful. They weren’t sauced enough, had a funky flavor like they had been fried in old dirty oil. And they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese. I don’t expect a lot out of chain places, but this was below standard. Not coming back here again.
A Saturday night and the staff acted like we were bothering them. Food is decent, recommend if you like the food order for pick up and take it home, the service is better at home.
I order from this place every once in a while and yet, i've never received my order on time. I have never reviewed them based on the fact that it's the only place I can get wings. I had to call them to find out why my order was an hour late. They litterally said oh, it will be there in 3 minutes. I was so mad i did not want to tip. And the delivery woman said we don't carry change. I told her why i wasnt going to tip, (as she was walking away) and she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something before getting in the car. My food was stale and cold my fries were soggy. Thanks Pats for ruining my day off.
I went to a comedy show at Pats last night and it was terrific I laughed all night
The food and service was tremendous. I rate it 5 stars. . I can’t wait for the next show in September! Pats you rock
